Cucumber Pineapple Smoothie
Makes 2 cups
Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1 cup spinach, packed
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ cup chopped cucumber, skin on
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ cup ice
If you’re feeling adventurous and like some spice, try adding in ½ a medium jalapeño!
Directions:
- Add all smoothie ingredients to a high-powered blender and mix until smooth.
- Serve in a glass and enjoy!
